      Pros

      I've been at Seenit for over 4 years now, starting off in an entry level role and to now becoming an Account Executive. Seenit is the type of company where everything you do makes an impact, and you have a voice! Things change a lot but that keeps you interested and helps you grow.

      Being a small company, there are limited employee benefits.

      Pros

      Personally, I've progressed a lot since I've been here, and have a great manager that supports me. Everyone has OKRs, that help them progress in their career and I have weekly 1:1s, quartly reviews, and get lots of feedback. The culture at the company is great, and I like going to the office twice a week.

      Cons

      I've been at Seenit for nearly six years now. Over that time, there's been turbulence, which is expected for any start-up that's trying to find its feet. Being a smaller company, you need to wear lots of hats, and it can be stressful.
