Pros 1. 10.30 to 7.30 timings 2. Decent pay and increment 3. One month onsite to Italy for every 2 years, if you are skilled and have atleast 1.5 years experience. 4. Small gifts for diwali and birthday. 5. Visibility to management is high as there is only 300+ people. 6. Big gifts and trophies for ppl who perform well in thm ceremony which is a motivation.
Cons
Cons 1. Communication skill in English will go down as clients speak only Italian. 2. Office culture is not good. There are few leads who poke into personal things like the way girls dress or gossip if you go out with a female colleague. 3. Monitors your intime. You should maintain 8 hrs inside odc. First in should be before 11 else apply leave. 4. There are spies who monitor whether you are searching other jobs. 5. Mostly tamilians and less cultural diversity. 6. Relocation is difficult as there is only one office in Chennai and switching projects is difficult as there is only two clients banca sella and illimity. 7. Not good for female associates. The company already has less women associates. 8. Job security is not good but not that bad as well. 9. Old style management, managers think you are below them.
