No pros For few employees it might suit well #If they want to pass the time in pantry #If they want to play carrom and claim that they work for 9 hrs a day without productivity including people in HR #It will suit for those who really don't want to work and simply pass rumours and gossips, believe me you will be spotted in limelight for that #No policy , can be like barbarians #People who put policy in place are the one who breaks it, so no one is going to question you unless or until you question them #sugar coated talks. you can learn how to talk for hours without any Crux or agenda #don't ever fall in to the traps of HR, they will do favoritism and spoil the open office culture. #will suit for people who want to lose their originality and infected with the above mentioned points # Even executive management is not an exception for that
