      Enjoy having a year round job where, there is plenty of work and hardly any lay offs.

      Cons

      My current schedule is on relief shift with Thursday and Friday off, it takes a while to get used to it and many people don't like it.

      Pros

      My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
