Pros
I have worked at Sensient for over a year now. Sensient has a very strong foundation and expects a lot from its employees. Integrity is number one and I greatly appreciate that. They want their employees to be successful, but also accountable. The pace is fast and the bar is set high. If you work hard, you will be recognized and rewarded. It might not be within your time frame, but this is the first company that I have worked for that promoting from within is a priority. Sensient has a strong culture which is not for everyone, however, with an open mind it is easy to be a part of which is great.
Cons
The business dress code is difficult for many. It can be seen as a positive or negative. Personally, it makes it easy for me to get dressed each day!
