Toxic culture - Anonymous employee Sensient Technologies Employee Review

The training is horrible- they will ask you to complete let's say a robot but not give you directions or a manual or tell you what kind of robot... no details- you just have to do it and then they are mad when it's not what THEY wanted. The training is incomplete and at times- irrelevant. Some employees step over the line with getting into personal relationships with others such as wanting to know too much about your personal life. I could go on and on... just such a negative and stressful experience. I was extremely depressed while working here.
