Pros
Is a great company, I'm really happy to be here. I'm confident that i be able improve the profits of the company doing my best, developing my self and others. My commitment and loyalty is always focus to reach the goals.
Cons
A few administrative process are so slow, but i think is necessary to get the control for each activity in the company. I believe that something to improve too is the relationship between coworkers, we all are Sensient and if we would work as a team the results will come easier.
