Low retention rate, I saw a lot of talent leave because of poor upper management.
Sensient is very old conservative in values AKA birth control was only offered through insurance a year or two ago (and I have no idea how they got away with that for so long). And the CEO is a horrible leader/a moron. He is super against remote work because he thinks in-office "spontaneous conversations" is a good enough reason to not allow WFH (whatever "spontaneous conversations" even means). HOWEVER, that is a complete lie considering a lot of teams were completely remote meaning that those spontaneous conversations couldn't happen in the first place - my direct manager was on a different continent than me. So I can only conclude that he doesn't trust his employees. Be an adult and just tell your employees the truth, Paul Manning; you sound like an idiot making up such a bad lie.
