The Service Desk team is wonderful to work with and the company encourages interdepartmental collaboration. The health insurance is good, the pay is fair, and the office snacks are varried.
Cons
The company is still a bit "old fashioned". They expect you to always be in the office and to always wear business professional, even if you don't have a client facing role. The flexibility, growth, and progress of the company are hindered by these extra strict guidelines.
