Pros
Pay and benefits were OK, but not worth what the demand for it
Cons
Be ready to play error free baseball for the rest of your life otherwise your days are numbered here. Once you mess up, whether or not it is your fault, management will find a way to make you go away. And be ready to do it with a dress code right out of the 1960s. If only the demands for perpetual perfection extended into the C Suite. It is also strange in that I have never seen an organization that is so afraid of its own HR department. No matter what, HR is never to blame nor is it to be held accountable in any way. In my own department we were chronically short staffed. Management thought it was nothing for employees to cover multiple positions and work extended and off shifts. New hires only appeared when it began to impact the manager or their favored employess.
