      Pros

      SentinelOne’s culture strongly values work-life balance without compromising on execution or quality. The work feels meaningful and impactful, and leadership provides the support needed to succeed. Communication is transparent, and there’s a strong focus on product innovation. I’d definitely recommend it as a great place to work.

      Cons

      If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is a great place to be. It may not suit everyone, as things move quickly and priorities can shift. That said, leadership is transparent about the direction and makes a genuine effort to support teams in succeeding.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
