      Pros

      Amazing colleagues and incredibly supportive leadership. From the first interview on, the people are the number one reason to join SentinelOne. Promotion and growth from within reward high performers. As an engineer, the technology is equally impressive.

      Cons

      Growth and evolution bring challenges, sometimes feeling overly busy and challenging getting strategy right. Stock has underperformed at times.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
