      Pros

      Work life balance but it depends on the team

      Cons

      Very low level of code writing. Terrible infrastructure, but on the opposite side there is an expectation to develop fast without being allowed to improve the infra. Too many good engineers not being put into good use just waiting for the infrastructure to be fixed and wasting time trying to find workarounds instead of fixing the infra.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
