This was such a great company to work for. Very family orientedand and very flexible with your schedule. HR was amazing, very approachable and reposponsive with any questions or concerns you had. They compensate very well and value and appreciate their team members . We had a great team and our Manager was truly awesome. Very reliable, possess a clear vision, has integrity, honesty and she is a definition of a true leader. In the hospitality world, we share one goal, that goal is to make all our internal and external clients happy. We deliver the best and can do attitude. We need to be flexible within reason and ultimately work with them with no hesitation. One of the best companies I have ever worked for.

I couldn't possibly list all the cons even if I had all the time in the world. But I'll make it short. Management is incredibly unprofessional and obsessed with metrics, which the employees already know how to game and exploit. They want their employees to work long hours and late nights without paying them overtime. Do not work here! Find a company that will value you and your experience.
