Pros

- Great place to start off if you want to work with cosmetics - Very thorough training, underwent two 5 hour training days to learn about companies morals, brand - Great managers & cast team - Great way to get retail experience

Cons

- Inconsistent hours (this Sephora was a smaller location in a relatively quiet neighborhood), resulted in seasonal period ending early due to lack of hours, was let go early but told to apply back when hiring - Somewhat 'cliquey' environment in store, some tension between permanent cast team and seasonals

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
