Pros

Gratis (if your gratis isn’t being taken out and put into other people’s bin), you meet so many unique people and become so much more knowledgeable in the color and skincare world. Teamwork is always being done at least among the color/skin consultants Decent benefits (401k)

Cons

Terrible management. There’s no flexible hours, very low pay, no work life balance. Management doesn’t care about your needs or what you may have going on outside of your employment. Company doesn’t care enough about artistry just about sales ... no career opportunities.. if you want to transfer to another store or move up it most likely won’t happen unless you are a favorite

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
