Pros
Direct manager was easy to work with. Project with the government agency we worked with was interesting and worth doing.
Cons
Tried to pay Kentucky rates in the DC metro area. Had to negotiate hard for a minimal pay raise (actually wanted to pay me less than the previous contractor and was only kept on because the government customer wanted me to stay on the project).
