Pros
Service Express is a diamond in the rough. I've worked for several large IT companies from helpdesk, deskside support, and field service engineering. This company, unlike other companies i've worked for, is very concerned about compensating employees for what they do. Instead of providing bonuses to employees once a year, the company shares its profits with us by compensating us really well with great pay, generous paid time off, and an excellent work/life balance.
Cons
Due to the size of the company, we fall under a smaller group insurance plan. I'm used to working with very large companies, where group contributions are much larger, hence providing much better insurance benefits. As we group, i'm sure, we will see much better insurance benefits.
