They have a flexible point system if your manager is a good person.
They provide a free app with a lot of useful things for life on it. i.e. lawyers, and legal advice, mental health resources, and financial management resources.
Cons
Low pay and little ability to get raises.
Expectations on paper are insane but in reality are only slightly better.
