Pros

They have a flexible point system if your manager is a good person. They provide a free app with a lot of useful things for life on it. i.e. lawyers, and legal advice, mental health resources, and financial management resources.

Cons

Low pay and little ability to get raises. Expectations on paper are insane but in reality are only slightly better.

Pros

You get a lot of space to learn and can ask questions. Get to listen to music when cleaning, lunch break can be whenever you want.

Cons

The management is AWFUL. They overwork people until they quit, especially at elementary schools, all for $14/hr. Not worth it.
