Pros
It's a very strong, performance oriented place to work. They treat their employees better than any other company I've worked with. It is a meritocracy, where your performance dictates your rise, so if you're a top performer, it will be recognized and will pay off.
Cons
Some organizations within the company prioritize taking orders over creative thought and problem solving. Most of the company is fantastic, but within one org in particular, priorities may shift at any given moment. Your team may be working toward one objective, then your team is asked to drop everything to rush out a new project. You may assign a team member to a goal necessary to meet your target only to have them receive new orders from above without consultation, leading to the first objective falling short and reflecting negatively on the entire team.
