A very unique fintech co. with absolutely no fintech exp. in the company, zero understanding of fintech n absolutely no interest to learn anything about the industry. Micro-management is the very basis of this co. Everyone pretends to be this cool US MNC chilled out company but deep down, everyone's a ctrl freak and anyone with an iota of self-respect, barely lasts a year here. In his right heart and mind, C would've imagined building a gr8 company. Alas, this Indian team is a shameful chapter in that book.
