Overworked and underpaid - Sales Associate/Keyholder Shoe Show Employee Review

Horrible turn over rate, no one stayed more than 2 months. On average it was 3 weeks. No manager for a better part of year. I was the only employee and they made me work full time hours with no benefits as a part timer. Average of 40-70 hr weeks. Cycling door of DMS and travel managers, so one one was ever trained properly and took it out on me.
