Pros
Strong brand to work for. Quick to pivot to meet market changes/demands. Good employee benefits. Rewards well when targets are met. High targets but not unrealistic if additional time is invested into work. Lovely colleagues
Cons
Internal department do not speak to one another resulting in corporate cannibalism. No regional autonomy. Messy systems. System used to track employees day-to-day activities is not realistic and not a true/fair reflection on actual productivity/result
