      Product is amazing and fun to work with

      Cons

      Leadership is garbage and have no idea how to run a successful business. All the CEO cares about is money and hes too dumb and egotistical to realize he would make 10X the amount of money if he just replaced himself

      Pros

      Awesome product, competitive comp, large market and good internal culture with solid middle leadership.

      Cons

      Top leadership can sometimes be seen as reactionary and removed from the market and customers. They are great with product but not necessarily with GTM or investing in growth broadly.
