Felt lied to all the time or felt as if the company was ALWAYS hiding something. Unexpected layoffs. Not a true culture of promoting within, whenever it occurred, you were only bumped up a bit, but not to the actual starting amount of that position. Education was not valued, all about who you know here. If you're not a male don't be too enthused to get promoted. It's definitely a boys club. Oh yea, the quarterly bonuses stopped, without any notice. Didn't know that they'd stop and wasn't told if they'd ever come back; but with multiple layoffs you know it was a done deal.
