SM is a law firm which is approaching not only legal services but the way we provide them differently.
SM actively encourages open and flexible working, they fully support and encourage a healthy work life balance and making your working hours fit around your home life.
SM has a great package for colleagues which includes fair basic salaries, coupled with bonus packages for everyone (not just fee earners!), ad hoc incentive schemes, salary reviews, higher than average holidays and pension contributions, life assurance and private healthcare.
Cons
SM has been through a lot of change in the last couple of years, this is still evident. SM are working hard on improvements but it will take time and there will always be room for improvement.
