Pros
-Paid Time Off is nice - even though it has to be accumulated -The CEO, when he comes to town, is very nice and engages with all of the employees -They have a foosball table and Wii in the breakroom -They provide time on Friday afternoons to drink beer and wine and get to know your fellow co-workers
Cons
-micromanaging without understanding what employees do day to day -training of new employees is lacking and make is very hard for them to transition into the role and then they get blamed for mistakes they make because of the lack of training -They play favorites and management has a very two faced attitude -management doesn't set a very good example, they come and go as they please and don't communicate with the team -They say they are open to your ideas and improvements, but whenever you give them a good idea they use it as their own and you don't get credit. -they have an unbalanced recognition system in the office -they make you feel guilty for having a family outside of the office or having issues that come up that are out of your control -they promote people without opening the positions up to the office (they choose their favorites and it causes animosity in the office) -They are not very accommodating to the American property they live in an Australian bubble and need to pay more attention to the market in America if they want to expand.
