Regarding salaries, we put a lot of work into ensuring we are competitive in the market and that we compensate our employees well for their hard word and commitment. We engage in significant benchmarking exercises both on a global and local level to ensure that is the case. We are proud of our leaders and work hard to ensure they have the tools they need to be effective leaders. Leadership is one of our key metrics that we monitor closely via our OfficeVibe engagement tool and one which we consistently score well on, so it's disappointing to see your view on this.
