There are a lot of smart and talented people at the organization, but management wastes their talents and abilities. There are no goals, incentives, milestones, or achievements to strive for. You just come in and do the same administrative job every day. For a Norwegian company, management is shocking opaque about salary and they discourage anyone from discussing pay. And so many useless titles just to make people feel as if there is career progression, even though roles and workload never change. If you have no ambition or aspirations, then this is a fine place to work.
