Management lets you know what needs to be done and lets you do it with no interference.

They no longer have enough work coming in and are reducing headcount.

No micromanagement. Flexibility on hours. Work from home. For the most part, how you do your job is up to you. Very flat structure in terms of management. All employees have access to the CEO. Good company culture. Spirit of teamwork is strong. Excellent work/life balance!

Wish there was an opportunity to get all the employees together, but that's difficult with everyone scattered across the country.
