Pros

No micromanagement. Flexibility on hours. Work from home. For the most part, how you do your job is up to you. Very flat structure in terms of management. All employees have access to the CEO. Good company culture. Spirit of teamwork is strong. Excellent work/life balance!

Cons

Wish there was an opportunity to get all the employees together, but that's difficult with everyone scattered across the country.
