SleepQuest is an excellent place to work!

There are no cons that I can think of.

1. Good starting point 2. Great learning opportunity to be part of SQ new tech evolution 3. Friendly coworkers 4. Solid Systems 5. Women in leadership!!! 1. Great place if you are coming from a health or customer service background. You get to learn a lot about the healthcare industry and Sleep (which is underrated in Silicon Valley IMO). 2. There are many tenured people at SleepQuest (SQ) who were hands on in building the business. We are now currently exploring the next step in our SQ tech evolution, which looks very promising. 3. Because we are a sleep management company and very service oriented, there a strong sense of helping coworkers and treating each other with respect and compassion. A major plus is that having a life outside of work isn't frowned upon like at some other silicon valley companies. 4. Solid systems in place to scale. :) 5. 7 of the ( I think ) 12 leadership team members are women, which is awesome to see.

While SQ supports temporary schedule modifications outside of work to attend educational opportunities... I'd like to see more opportunities provided in house for development besides the brown bag sessions with one of our doctors.
