8yThank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and I will answer each of your comments to the best of my ability individually. First of all, we do have a very international culture that we are proud of and colleagues that truly are a pleasure to work with. Regarding the competition in our industry, the whole category has grown exponentially in recent years that has bought many new competitors that we welcome to the market. We do not fear competition but embrace it and think that it proves that the market we created is truly a global phenomena. We have grown with our market and we believe that the biggest driver of this has been our incredible team having gone through the journey of a start-up to a global growth company. Our working hours are always in accordance with local laws which at our HQ is maximum of 37.5 hours per week and provide flexible working hours. Our vacation policy is also in accordance with local laws, which at our HQ is 30 days paid vacation (25 during first year of employment) on top of the national holidays. We allow our employees to go beyond this by taking unpaid time off when needed. Our product is proven by over 200 customers and revenues that have grown every month for over 40 consecutive months that has at least doubled every year. These are all the work of our exceptional product and sales teams and things that we feel are worth celebrating. We do understand that our fast-paced environment is not for everyone, and do our best to give an authentic view of our culture when recruiting new team members.
