7yThank you for your feedback. We certainly agree with your comment that our employee benefits are really good and competitive within our industry, we work hard to maintain this every year. We are certainly disappointed, that as a former employee, you had a less than satisfactory experience. Our executive team takes great pride in our employees as the foundation of our success and it is certainly not our intention to demotivate anyone. We take an employee engagement survey 3 times a year to keep a pulse on how employees are feeling and provide an outlet for leadership feedback. In the survey completed in March, "my leader cares about me" ranked at the 2nd highest response. We do acknowledge that we are by no means perfect and will do our best to make Smarsh a place where employees can recognize their potential and happy to come to work.
