Cons
1.Very slow and sluggish growth here. 2.Very low salary and yearly increments are the least amonth all other companies. You will get increments for the sake. 3. No job security at all. At any point of time you will be chucked out without any reason. 4.Sales pressures starts from month day 1 and it will be the same till the financial year ending date. That means 365 days you will get immense pressure. This is not the company for month end pressure.
