This is not employee oriented company, its more like “majdoor” life!
No incentive has been given which was promised at the time of hiring.
6 days working, and mentally 7 days.
Managers are not having any qualities of leading the team.
Favouritism leads to limitations of handling opportunities for career growth.
No job satisfaction.
No proper increments.
No celebration/trips/enjoyment.
Not an inspiring place for work
You will loose all mental peace and health working here. Still they won’t be satisfied.
Lower level is too much into politics of firing people .they have no work to do, infact they dont have knowledge of doing it, instead they order their subordinates for doing it.
In hard times the lower people are fired, no job security at all.
No career growth as there is no regular learning.
