No room to grow as promotions are scarce and mostly in the sales department. Managers are named based on their personal performance and continue to do their usual tasks. Majority of them have zero people skills and use their position as perk in performing their tasks. They don't support their team but rather live by the "divide and conquer" phrase. Their main feature is that they don't retaliate and always carry the word of upper management to the masses. Pay is a lot lower than the market. There are pay gaps and perks between offices around the world. Bonuses for non-sales personnel are fluctuating based on unknown algorithms so you will never know how much you are going to get at the end of the month, if any. Upper management is not involved in the relationship with employees and local managers don't communicate the issues to them so you are stuck with whatever malcontent you might have. There is no opportunity for employees to assess their managers which might offer some insights on how good ( or rather bad) they are performing. In theory the company has a great culture but in practice none of it is actually followed. It's a company where everybody will try to either steal your work, take credit for your work or minimize your achievements. Stealing and undercutting is seem as competition and encouraged with upper management rarely getting involved in setting the things straight. Smaller offices are seen as not worthy of attention and colleagues from bigger offices treat the employees as they are some third world country insignificant humans. Expect the big sharks, a.k.a. senior employees, to jump at your neck and reclaim your business. Upper managers are not aligned on what standards they should apply. Leadership is a parade of what is supposed to be done, the reality is those principles are not respected. Lack of professionalism and work ethics at all levels - you will get backstabbed and management will only look from afar. During the exit interview the HR is not actually interested in why you are leaving and the form they give you to fill in is very limited in terms of having the opportunity to actually state the real issues.
