12yAt Smith & Associates, success is determined by an individual’s attitude. We hire talented entrepreneurs and provide them with the tools needed to succeed. No company can make everyone happy 100% of the time but boring? Boring and Smith are not two words that go together. In fact, we just celebrated our 30th year in business by holding a week-long celebration for our employees. We flew in 55 people from our overseas and other domestic offices and we were all treated like rock stars! Speaking of rock stars, we were treated to a private concert by Don Felder from the Eagles, a private lunch with Steve Wozniak (yes, the Woz) and laughed with Dennis Miller from Saturday Night Live! We have also averaged over the half-billion dollar mark in sales the last three years so a claim of dying is greatly exaggerated. In short, we are very much alive and growing and we attribute that to everyone at Smith. On any given day, our employees work side-by-side with leaders at all levels of our company, because our employees matter. We are extremely proud of our workplace culture and encourage innovation and a strong work ethic!
