Trust and Flexibility: One of our core values is trust, which is why we offer amazing flexibility to our employees. We trust them to take ownership of their contributions to Snowfall. As we grew, performance management became complex, resulting in a more negative experience for employees. This is unacceptable to us, and we worked to resolve it quickly, putting our employee's well-being first. Recently, we have completed an initiative to fix reporting structures so that every employee has the support and guidance needed to achieve their best, thus creating organic accountability.
Product Development and Alignment: The same initiative aimed to de-silo our product development efforts. As part of this plan, we've successfully formed a new team dedicated to ensuring we are aligned as a group on current deliverables and future strategy. This has resulted in us working more cohesively towards common goals.
Talent and Professional Development: Regarding the talent mix, we're proud to be a company with employees at various seniority levels. We are committed to professional development and ensuring all team members grow and contribute meaningfully.
