The five star reviews here are really concerning. Either those poor people have had terrible careers up until this point so they actually believe this is a 5 star company (unlikely), or they are truly ignorant of how this place is actually run in Switzerland and Sweden (where decisions are made). Or perhaps they have been told to leave them to balance out what was an abysmal but accurate score (it’s been known to happen). Anyway, don’t be fooled. Sobi is as toxic as ever. The fish rots from the head and the leadership here is truly appalling. The really talented people don’t seem to last here, this is due to the culture and lack of any career development. There’s not much humanity at Sobi, making the stated core value ‘care’ tragically ironic. Satisfaction scores continue to be low whenever they feel like doing a survey, which is irregular at best. Nothing is ever done about it. Global HR are generally seen as incompetent and a bit of a laughing stock. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste precious time at a place that won’t ever value you or see your potential. Unless of course you’re arrogant, incompetent and just biding time until retirement - then you’ll fit right in!
