Pros
It’s remote, so at least you don't waste gas money being ghosted.
Cons
This firm has multiple listings—"Senior Sales Associate," "Associate Wealth Advisor," and "Assistant to Financial Advisor"—that use verbatim identical descriptions. They clearly don't know what they actually need, or they are just casting a net to see who they can bait.
During the process, they expect you to "open the kimono" regarding your current firm's internal operations, sales flows, and proprietary business methods. Meanwhile, they are incredibly cagey about their own operations. It feels less like an interview and more like a competitive intel-gathering mission.
They demand a 6-part assessment series (starting with a Crystal personality test) before you even speak to a human. They value your data and your time at zero. And when you work at the company, we get to use all of the intel!
After jumping through their hoops, expect to be ghosted or receive a generic rejection for a job title you didn't even apply for. Their internal "Talent Team" is clearly not communicating with the CEO.
