      Pros

      Online doc employee support is the only plus.

      Cons

      Management not trained or knowledgeable. Policies are done up but only dust collectors. No rewards fir those that try. Destroyed my confidence as a hospitality pro of years. Defamed my character without ANY Justification.

      My coworkers are the best

      Cons

      No pay raises because I’m relief dietitian even though I have been subjected to evaluations which have been good past three years which is frustrating because I give my all to my work and I get no other benefits like PTO. I feel ignored by Sodexo and wish I was a hospital employee again.
