      Time off and competitive wages

      Cons

      The company is run on the belief that if you bully the workers they work harder. All management and above have power trips and treat the workers as scum. HR is as much use as a chocolate tea pot and cover up anything regarding the management. We just get told its the itallian way! Do not work for this company

      Pros

      Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

      Cons

      Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.
