      Azienda grande Stipendio sicuro nient’altro

      Cons

      Azienda vecchia gestita da gente vecchia (anche di mentalità). No mensa. No meritocrazia. No puntare sui giovani. Costante sensazione di controllo. Sensazione di essere in esercito. Ambiente pesante e opprimente. Nessuno stimolo a migliorare ma anzi incitamento a rimanere negli standard. No utilizzo del cervello.

      Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

      Cons

      Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.
