Great Working Environment - Anonymous employee Software Unlimited Corp Employee Review

I have worked at Software Unlimited for over 5 years now. I have found the employer to be very considerate and fair. She has an open door policy. She expects you to do your job independently without being micromanaged - I like this. She also expects your best - mediocre will not be accepted. I think these are positives in an employer and co-workers. It produces a higher level of quality work. Pros: Good pay Christmas bonuses Flexible work environment Family oriented - family comes first Respected company by customers

Cons: This is a small company and you will be expected to pitch in when needed. You may be asked do tasks that aren't what you were originally hired for. If you don't like that, this place isn't for you. I personally do not mind. It keeps my job from ever being monotonous.

There are no redeeming qualities for this company or it's owner.

June has run this company into the ground. Lack of significant development, modern platform and database has doomed the clients to a date on a calendar.
