Great environment for younger people, can be high energy, great place to learn sales techniques before moving to better companies.
Cons
Very disorganized, they want a ton of overtime, they take half of your commissions, they're very high-pressure sales goals and will let you go if you have a bad month regardless of the situation. They aren't very upfront about monthly expectations, you often find out what's expected of you after you've missed the mark, like being set up to fail. The management is very cliquey and favoritism is extreme here. It's promoted as a fun place to work, but really those who play at work get looked down on severely. The environment can be distracting and hard to focus in. There is a ton of sexism here and extremely high turnover.
