Pros

- Great product with near unlimited potential. Real, tangible use cases for the new AI world - not AI fluff - Great customers who enjoy the product and working with our team, especially compared to competitors - Flexibility. Rules are not the same, as expected, for all departments. But, I find I have great work / life balance. I have worked for major companies where 70-80 hour (actual) weeks are normal. Solink is not that, people work hard because they care not because they are forced to - Strong benefits, including all full time employees having a stake in the company - Solid upper management, contrary to other posted opinions. As someone who has worked for 10+ leadership teams I can honestly say Solink's leadership is the best I have worked for. The grass was actually greener at Solink for me, that is not the case at several other companies I have worked for - Great co-workers. There are very few people I find tough to work with - Competitive pay and salary increases

Cons

- The company is rapidly growing. With that comes change, risk, re-structuring, etc. After 13+ years of professional experience I do not call that a con, I would call it the nature of this type of business. That is not the culture for everyone, but that is also not distinctly a "Solink issue". If that type of culture is not your style, consider other options. If it is (as it was for me) then its an amazing place to take risk, have trust from leadership, and learn a lot more than you would in a well established, bureaucratic organization - With change comes bets that don't pan out or are pivoted on, expect it

Pros

Work from home and benefits

Cons

Operation director. Backstabbing. Toxic environment. They brought in someone from the fulfillment side to serve as Director of Operations. Since then, not only has fulfillment suffered, but overall operations have as well. He lacks experience in team management and frequently relies on his team members for guidance.
