Pros
No such pros but can say salary was on time which is even though right of employees but company always said that it's their strongest point.
Cons
1. Full of unprofessionalism 2. No work life balance 3. Phone not allowed 4. three months notice period 5. CCTV surveillance all the time on employees 6. No separate washrooms for girls and boys 7. Worst salary 8. MD and CEO are not even MBA and make rules like they are running MNC 9. Office in residential area 10. No salary slips 11. Micromanagement at peak 12. Worst HR policies 13. Not even allowed to get late once 14. Not even one day leave on probation 15. And many more
