I was recruited on 12 oct 19 Saturday Got a call from naukri.com for the position of PROJECT ASSOCIATE. The interview process was very quick smooth and simple. They asked me to write a paragraph on the given topic, afterthat there was a round of 10 min (F2F) Brief me about yourself ? Family background? And one or two basic questions from Excel like what is extension of Excel, ppt, word. Difference between workbook and work sheet etc. And at evening i got call from them and they asked me to join from Monday. So i reached at 10 o' clock Monday morning and what was the first word that you are late Yes i was late because the time was 9:30 but in my mail the time was written 10am so according to me i was not late at all this the the fault of the person who mail me the wrong time. After that document verification start, after that they told us their company policies like few of them were . No diwali holiday, diwali is on Sunday so only sunday is off Monday you have to report. No cell phones allowed in office If you will take leave during probation period of 6 months you will not get appraisal Lunch time is half an hour if you can't bring the lunch from home stay hungry the whole day because you can't eat within 30 minutes in restaurant. Really we have to do all this for 10k. And just after that they took us to introduce from all the employee. It was so humiliating, they asked us to give introduction to everyone -one by one in 4 to 5 cabin's and in one room the employee were also laughing at us, is this a kind of joke or are we in a college hostel and ranging is going on, this is how they welcome their new joinie? All this was so frustrating. And one more thing which was not mentioned in their policies that they switch off the AC after every hour to save the electricity bill And what was the excuses are you not feeling cold please switch off the AC. and the whole day classes goes on one after another without tea and coffee. At last we left at 7 pm. And finally we (all 4) left the job. I hope this will help you to take your decision before going to such companies.
